N 3) adding additives to the electrolyte

When the battery is overcharged and the battery voltage is higher than 4.2V, the electrolyte additives are polymerized with other substances in the electrolyte, and the internal resistance of the battery increases greatly. The battery inside forms a large area of circuit breakage, and the battery is no longer heating up.

What is the charge limiting voltage? Rated voltage? Termination voltage?

A) charge limited voltage

According to the manufacturer's regulations, the battery is converted from constant current charging to constant voltage charging. The charge limit of our company is 4.2V.

N b) nominal voltage

It is used to represent the approximate value of the battery voltage.

N c) termination voltage

The load voltage of the battery is specified when the discharge is terminated, and its value is n*2.75V (the number of series connection of Li ion battery is expressed as "n").

What are the differences between Li-ion battery aluminum shell and steel shell battery?

The weight of the same type of aluminum shell battery is lighter than that of steel shell.

The capacity of N aluminum shell battery is slightly higher.

Because the internal structure of the steel shell and the aluminum shell is different, the positive and negative poles of the shell are also different. The shell of the shell of the steel shell is negative and the top is positive; the aluminum shell battery is the opposite, the shell is positive and the top is negative.

The two types of batteries do not differ greatly in internal resistance and voltage.
