1. How would you know if its fully charge? The manual says don't overcharge it, but what if you forgot and plugged it after it was fully charge?
It has a series of lights, two red and one green which are activated with a button. When all three lights are on its fully charged. However my reading of the manual was that there was no danger of overcharging it if it was kept plugged in. You might want to check that again to be sure. Hope that helps. (See the user guide, different models may have little differences in the usage.）
2. Does this unit come fully charged and ready for use?
It comes with a charge but needs to be fully charged prior to use.
