A: The battery's voltage would be unstabl if you don't charge it. Therefore, the light will glow. 

Q: Can I wash the bicycle light?

A: BL255-ZPT owns a ipx5 design, it will work normally when you use it during rainy days, but we strongly suggest you NOT PUTTING it into water to wash it.
