Off grid power systems is mainly composed of solar cell components, controllers and batteries. To power ac load, ac inverter is also required.

 Solar panels

Solar panels are the core part of solar power generation system. The purpose of solar panels is to convert the light energy of the sun into electricity, and then output direct current electricity into batteries.Solar panels are one of the most important components in solar power generation system, and their conversion rate and service life are important factors to determine whether solar cells are useful or not.Component design: designed in accordance with IEC: 1215:1993 standards, with 36 or 72 polysilicon solar cells in series to form 12V and 24V components.The module can be used in various household pv systems, independent pv power stations and grid-connected pv power stations.


Solar controller

The solar controller is composed of special processor CPU, electronic components, display, switching power tube and so on.


The purpose of the battery is to store the electricity generated by the solar panel when the light is shining and release it when needed.Solar battery is a "battery" in the application of solar photovoltaic power generation, use of lead-acid maintenance-free batteries, ordinary lead-acid battery, gel battery and alkaline nickel cadmium battery.Domestic widely used solar battery mainly: lead-acid maintenance-free battery and gel battery, the two types of batteries, because of its inherent "free" maintenance of properties and the characteristics of less pollution to the environment, very suitable for reliable performance of the solar power system, especially the unattended station.


The direct output of solar energy is generally 12VDC, 24VDC and 48VDC.The DC-AC inverter is needed to convert the direct current energy generated by the solar system into AC power in order to power the 220VAC.
