How to install household photovoltaic power station

The household solar photovoltaic power station is a small distributed photovoltaic system, also known as household photovoltaic power station. What we usually see is installed on the roof, but not all the roofs are suitable for installation. In the design of photovoltaic installation, we should fully consider the actual situation, follow the principles of economic application, high reliability, strong durability, easy maintenance, and fully consider the geographical and climatic environment.

1.Selection of installation location

Home photovoltaic site selection can generally be on their own roof or open space, the need to consider the conditions are available area, housing structure and load-bearing requirements, ground conditions and meteorological and hydrological conditions. If you choose to install on your own roof, the roof bearing capacity must be greater than 20kg/m2.

If the house beam is a wooden structure, it should not be considered. The lifetime of the photovoltaic system is as long as 25 years. The wooden beam is perishable and it is not recommended to install it.

1) Herringbone structure roof

If a solar photovoltaic power station is to be built on a herringbone structure roof, the best inclination angle can not be designed like the ground power station, and the front and rear shielding distances should be considered. In order to facilitate the integration of photovoltaic modules and roofs, brackets are generally tiled directly on the south facing roof. The bracket and the roof are connected by a jig, and the battery assembly is then mounted on the bracket. This way is not only beautiful, but also can maximize the use of roof area.

2) Flat roof structure roof

In the construction of solar photovoltaic power stations on flat-topped roofs, it is necessary to erect photovoltaic supports and design the optimal inclination angle and the front-to-back spacing of the components.

3) Home space

If you choose to install on your own site, you can use anchor piles and concrete foundations as the foundation of the support. The specific ones need to be comprehensively considered from the geological conditions and costs. In addition, the design of the foundation strength of the support must be based on the local meteorological conditions.

It should be noted that considering the thermal expansion and contraction effect of the module, the distance between the upper, lower, and left and right modules must be approximately 3 cm during installation.

2. Selection of grid-connected inverter

Grid-connected inverter is mainly divided into high frequency transformer type, low frequency transformer type and no transformer type. According to the design of the system and the specific requirements of the owner, the transformer types are mainly considered from two aspects of safety and efficiency.

Small household photovoltaic system is a distributed system, no need very high technical indicators, inverter without isolation transformer, higher energy conversion efficiency, coupled with factors such as cost, a reasonable choice without transformer model.

3. Lightning protection design

In order to ensure the safety and reliability of photovoltaic grid-connected power generation system and prevent the damage of system devices caused by external factors such as lightning strike and surge, lightning protection grounding device of the system is essential. The solar photovoltaic power station is a three-level lightning protection building. Lightning protection and grounding involve the following two aspects:

1) try to avoid the lightning rod's projection onto the photovoltaic module

2) ground wire is the key to lightning protection and lightning protection.

To prevent lightning induction: including equipment, rack, metal pipe, metal cable sheath should be reliable grounding, every pieces of metal objects should be separate received grounding line, does not allow series after the grounding line.
